Wasso hospital welcomes volunteers. Whether in the field of development, medicine or engineering, every profile is of interest, and we invite those who would like to join the adventure to contact us.
Activities around:Working days at Wasso Hospital give you the opportunity to explore the surrounding area: days start early in the morning and finish in the early afternoon. You'll be able to wander around the town, meeting local people, chatting to hospital staff, and going into the surrounding lush forests.On Fridays, you can visit the Maasaï market, where you can stock up on fruit and vegetables (always negotiate prices!). On weekends, you'll have the chance to visit some of Tanzania's most popular places: the Serengeti National Park and the Ngorongoro National Park are close by. Lake Natron and Ol Doinyo Lengaï volcano, Tanzania's only active volcano, are nearby. As you can see, you'll never have time to get bored when you come to Wasso!
