Hospital Chaplain Daily Responsibilities
- Provide spiritual and emotional support to patients, families, and staff.
- Conduct religious services, including prayers, sacraments, and rituals.

- Advocate for the spiritual needs of patients within the healthcare team.
- Conduct spiritual assessments and develop care plans.
- Offer support during ethical decision-making processes.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Provide on-call support as needed.
- Engage in community outreach and education.
- Support staff well-being and resilience.
- Promote a culture of compassion and holistic care.
